Paying for a commission acknowledges that you have both read and agreed to the terms of service listed herein These are subject to change, but large changes will be announced. If you have any questions about the terms below, please get in touch.

Correspondence must be consistent in source: To keep things simple for both of us, please message me through the same method at all times (for example, if you communicate through twitter, please don’t switch to instagram messages halfway through unless mentioning prior) This will mean that all comments, changes and communications will be consistent and will not get lost.

Payment and any references/descriptions must be provided before work begins, and deviations from reference material must be specified: Payment can be in installments if previously agreed upon, otherwise in full before work is started. Please ask if you'd like installments, happy to accomodate!

All agreed briefs/references/descriptions/moodboards must be provided before I start work. I am not responsible for changes later down the line for a missing detail that was not specified in the brief. (though if it was specified let me know and I’ll fix it, of course!)

Deviations from ref material should be provided (either in the initial brief, or I will discuss it with you prior to work) If you are sending multiple references that are slightly different, please specify the parts that are closest to what you’d like.

After asking for payment, your spot will be reserved for 7 days, unless you have requested and I have agreed to additional time. After this, your spot will be given to the next person in the queue and you will have to rejoin the queue if you wish.

For standard commissions, progress images will be sent at the following steps: sketch, inks, colours. (unless otherwise agreed) 3 free fixes are included in the commission price, but further fixes will incur additional charges.

Artwork must be approved at every stage - adjustments can be made to the base drawing up to the inks stage, and colours can of course be tweaked during the colour stage.

Price of further fixes (past the 3 free fixes) are charged at my current day rate (at this time, this is £250 per day of further work)

The final image will be sent to the client at both full resolution, and a smaller web resolution version for posting online. For emotes and digital stickers ONLY, these will be provided at the resolution needed to upload them to your platform of choice (discord, twitch/telegram etc)

I reserve the right to livestream a commission in progress, unless an NDA is involved, which will of course override this.

Commissions are for personal use only, and I retain rights to the image, unless agreed prior OR a commercial right payment is made. This does NOT mean if I’m drawing your personal character I’ll be making and selling prints of them (though this can be discussed if you’d like this to be the case)- don’t worry. It simply means I reserve the right to put the image in my portfolio. On your end, it means you cannot profit from the use of the image (including but not limited to logo use, merch, selling prints yourself). I am open to the purchase of commercial rights to the image if you would like to use the image on merch etc. These rights usually start at around £250 depending on the volume of use - just get in touch and I’d be happy to discuss.

under NO circumstances do I give permission to use my work in the NFT space, or for my work to be processed by generative ai models.

For emotes, digital stickers, streaming assets and alert art, rights to livestream using these is included in the base price.

Please ask before altering my work - In most cases if you ask, I’ll say yes!

I accept payment through Paypal or Ko-fi for both domestic and international transactions You will either be provided with a paypal.me link, or a paypal invoice, in the case of paypal.

I reserve the right to terminate a commission, or refuse work. At a minimum,I will refund the remaining balance, less work and material cost, and the work done will be provided to you, depending on the situation.

If I do not receive communication from the client for a year, the commission will be considered complete. I will make several attempts to get in touch over this time, but if I receive no communication I will consider the commission completed at whatever stage it was at.
